Groove Your Meditation - Free Your Mind, Body, and Soul with Movement

Come join us for an evening of moving meditation led by Bonnie Bairley. Bonnie has a background in dance and yoga and will be leading this dynamic session that is sure to leave you feeling free and full of life. Inspired by Gabrielle Roth’s 5Rhythms and “Sweat Your Prayers,” this class uses dance improvisation and yogic philosophy to move emotions, intentions, and energy through the body, releasing the spirit within. It is practiced in a regular temperature room with dim lights. Come dance it out at Firefly!
